Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods such as fresh produce and opened food packages cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

Process for Returns

  1. Email us at durkarfpc@gmail.com or niyatifoods@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. We will guide you on the return process.

  3. Ship the product back to the provided address (shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective).

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed and credited to user’s account in 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item and inspecting its condition.

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer.
